Rules & Regulations – Wander + Wonder Kids Play Café
To keep Wander + Wonder Kids Play Café safe, fun, and welcoming for everyone, please review and follow our rules and guidelines:
1. Supervision
Parents/guardians must supervise their children at all times.
Adults must remain inside the facility while their children are playing.
2. Health & Safety
Socks are required in all play areas (grip socks recommended).
No food, drink, or gum is allowed inside the play areas.
Children or adults showing symptoms of illness (fever, vomiting, diarrhea, rash, cough, etc.) within the past 24 hours may not participate in play.
Toys and play equipment must be used only as intended.
Aggressive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. Families may be asked to leave without refund.
3. Property Care
Please respect the facility, toys, and playhouses.
Parents/guardians are financially responsible for any damage caused by their child(ren).
4. Emergencies & Medical Care
Wander + Wonder does not provide medical treatment.
In case of emergency, staff may seek medical care at the parent/guardian’s expense.
5. Photography & Security
By entering the facility, you grant permission for photographs or videos of your child(ren) to be used for promotional purposes.
Security cameras are in place throughout the facility for safety and may be reviewed if needed.
6. General Conduct
All guests are expected to treat others with kindness and respect.
Staff instructions must be followed at all times.
