Barista & Play Session Supervisor

Overview

Wander + Wonder Kids Play Café is where community, coffee, and play come together. We’re looking for a friendly, reliable Barista & Play Session Supervisor to craft quality drinks and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for families. We are looking for someone who can work shifts on the weekends and also any birthday parties scheduled for the weekends, as well. If you love coffee, enjoy working with kids, and thrive in a lively, family-focused space, this is the role for you!

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve espresso drinks, teas, and light food items to café standards
• Greet customers, take orders, and process payments through Toast POS
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of café and play areas
• Supervise play sessions to ensure safety, engagement, and fun for all guests
• Communicate rules and assist families with check-in and questions
• Support daily operations, restocking, and light event setup when needed

Qualifications

• Prior barista, café, or childcare experience preferred (training provided)
• Friendly, patient, and professional with great communicatio n skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
• Reliable and responsible, with attention to cleanliness and detail
