1. What is Wander + Wonder Kids Play Café?

Wander + Wonder is a modern play café designed for families. Kids can explore our themed playhouses, wooden play structures, and infant area,                     while parents and caregivers relax in our cozy coffee shop and lounge.

2. Do adults need to stay with their children?

Yes. Parents or guardians must supervise their children at all times and remain inside the facility during play.

3. What are the age ranges for play?

Our play area is designed for children ages 0–10 years. We also have a separate infant area with age-appropriate toys for little ones.

4. Do kids need to wear socks?

Yes, socks are required in all play areas for both children and adults (grip socks are recommended).

5. Can we bring outside food or drinks?

Outside food and drinks are allowed inside the café. Meal delivery services are not permitted. We offer a full coffee bar, snacks, and kid-friendly menu items for purchase.

6. What happens if my child is sick?

For the health and safety of all families, children (and adults) showing signs of illness—including fever, vomiting, diarrhea, rash, or cough—within the last 24 hours may not participate in play.

7. Do you host birthday parties or private events?

8. Is there a time limit on play sessions?

Yes, play sessions are reserved in 2-hour time blocks to allow all families time to enjoy the space. We allot for sanitation to occur during our 30-minute breaks before the next play session. Reservations can be made online to guarantee your spot.

9. What if my child gets hurt while playing?

Our staff are trained to respond to minor incidents, but parents/guardians are responsible for their child’s supervision. In case of an emergency, we may seek medical care at the parent/guardian’s expense.

10. Do you offer memberships or passes?

Absolutely! Our café seating is designed for comfort, whether you want to work, connect with friends, or simply relax while your child plays.
